Christmas Return & Posting Dates
We have an extended return period for orders during the Christmas period. Any non customised product purchased during November & December 2024 is able to be returned to us up until the 31st of January 2025 if the item does not suit your requirements.
To guarantee you get your order for Christmas, please order by these dates at the latest for non-customised items.
Orders with prescription lenses or customisations may require 4-5 working days to be made before dispatch. Please email or call us to enquire regarding delivery before Christmas.

Our offices will be closed on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th and re-open on Friday 27th of December 2024. Our offices will then close on Wednesday 1st of January and re-open Thursday 2nd of January 2025 after the New Year.
