You are able to place your order for varifocals through our online checkout. Before we can fully process your order however we will have to send your chosen frame out first with just the manufacturers demo lenses in the frame. Once you’ve received the frame we would require some images of you wearing the frames, this will help us work out the measurements needed for a varifocal lens. We will also require a photo of your full prescription from your optician. An instruction sheet will be included in the parcel to detail all these steps.
Once done we'll need the frames back, we'll supply you with a pre-paid returns label to do this. Once we have them back we can work out the measurements needed to ensure the best fit for your lenses. Once we have received your frames it can take between 10-12 working days for your lenses to be manufactured.

Glasses with prescription lenses are tailor-made and will not be returnable for a refund or exchange should they not suit your requirements or if you have entered your prescription incorrectly. Please ensure that you double check you have entered your prescription correctly with the correct [ + ] and [ - ] SPH and CYL values and that your prescription is not over 2 years old. We are unable to accept orders for anyone under the age of 16. If you are unsure of your pupillary distance (PD), please check our FAQ for steps on how to measure it yourself.
Please bear in mind all prescription products will require a period of 5 - 7 working days to be made before they can be dispatched using your chosen delivery method in the checkout. Some lens types and coatings may require more time for manufacture.
